A modern-day woman reads a novel and finds herself feeling sorry for the character Alice Horrison. Little does the woman know when she goes to bed that night, that she would wake up inside the book as Alice Horrison herself. There is a small problem though, Alice isn’t the main character. She’s just a side character without a happily ever after. In fact, originally Alice refuses to marry the male lead and runs away, then suffers because of her choices. The new Alice decides to take matters into her own hands and make sure that this time, the male lead, and the fairy-tale ending, will be hers.
